This was our Christmas show. We had some fun and kept it pretty light. Barry and I gave everyone our 2008 resolutions and predictions.
This will be our last LIVE broadcast of 2007 and we really appreciate all of our listeners for all your support this year and we look forward to a Kick Ass 2008.

Lots of good news today. Bush signed the Mortgage Debt Relief Act of 2007. Let the Short Sales begin folks. It should be open season on real estate investments for everyone right now.
One of the things you should look into... If you do not have a normal charity, or group of charities you support, find one. This is the timeof the year most people think about these things, but start now and do it year round. I am telling you that oyu will be a MUCH happier person by getting involved in helping others. If you do not have a charity that you support, there are MANY out there that are worthwhile. My favorite charity is Habitat for Humanity. Try them out if you cannot decide, you will not be disappointed.

Today Barry C unveiled his views on how and why the mortgage crisis really happened. Far fetched? I thought so also, but really listen to what he has to say about this. I think if more people read some of the unadulterated BS that some of these FUNDED organizations spewed, then more people would truly understand the undertow affecting this Country.

Well, today was the one we have been talking about for weeks, the "All About Us" show. We talked about why we switched over to www.RealEstateRadioUSA.com from www.shortsaleradio.com . Today was Question and Answer Friday. We spent the first half of the show talking about some new foreclosure data and the "screw up" by Jessie (sic noticed by BC) Jackson... and then on to your questions.
The other Barry and I talked in detail today about where Real Estate Radio USA was going and what we think you listeners out there want... Well, Barry C cares about what you wanted, I just want to talk. Anyway, we are going to try to be more interactive in the show so we can take more calls and accomodate more of what you say you want. The "other" Barry..is that what he called me? How dare he speak of the Great OZ in that manner. Yes, I want to deliver the best content we can. I have always been the caring one. The one who looks out for other's well being...and come Monday you'll see me stand behind that in a radio promotion of epic proportions.
You see while Jesse (please excuse Barry J's mispellings...he is a product of a Tennessee education) and Hillary and other Pablum Pukers talk about the problem...we are going to do something about it.

Tonight we talked about how bad it has gotten in our country that every time someone makes a bad business or economic decision, they want everyone else to come in and bail them out. Stand up and tell yourself you screwed up and call it a day. I do not have any children, I should not have to take care of any...
One thing that I AM going to start talking about in the Daily Blog is the "Off the Couch" segment. I want to make sure all of you are armed with a way to better yourself every day. Today was, Read A Book! I recommended "Rich Dad, Poor Dad" by Robert Kiyosaki. Barry C recommended "Creating Multiple Streams of Income" by Robert Allen. Now you have something to do.... GO DO IT! This episode we had a special guest, Bettina the Broker was with us today. We talked about the NAR outlook for 2008, the Bankruptcy Bill that passed the House Panel, and continued with Jessie's Interview with Democracynow.org
Things go a bit scary when Jessie started calling for the government to step in with a program that would rival the Marshall Plan in scope. Actually, we are starting to jump on board with Jessie now and want to know where we can sign up for our 50 year 2% mortgages!!!

One of the favorite things that we have said in any of our shows since we started... "You lose the right to live in your home when you DON'T PAY YOUR MORTGAGE". Folks, there would be no foreclosure crisis if people just payed thier mortgages.

This is something we are just starting now, so do me a favor and DO NOT ASK ME WHERE THE OTHER EPISODE COMMENTS ARE. OK, now that we have that out of the way. I am kind of happy and kind of sad about this episode. Sad because it is the last "Short Sale Radio" show we will ever do. Happy because we are growing up and getting bigger.
One of the highlights of this episode for me was discussing the Ohio law decisions that we believe will start to effect the whole foreclosure industry VERY soon. It is amazing how something gets started. Just goes to show you, with a bit of persistence and the truth on your side, just how far you can go!

Ok..so Real Estate Radio USA has been officially launched! I am really excited. Something about a nationwide..no a global audience that really gets the blood going.
A talk radio show that I hope you find educational, motivating and a heckuva lot of fun.
Today's episode really has me thinking about things...what a glorious Country we live in and what great opportunities we are afforded. I challenge everyone listening to Real Estate Radio USA to go out and find that niche of real estate that suits them and be proud to profit!
